Fredal Solutions is a family-owned enterprise with roots in the Ottawa/Gatineau region and a strong track record in the office equipment sector. Established by Alain Fredette in 1980, Fredal continues to expand and evolve through strategic partnerships with industry leaders, notably Sharp Electronics.
Today Fredal Solutions markets a suite of versatile and varied product solutions, ranging from cutting edge digital copiers to quality office furniture to point-of-sale equipment. Products also include cash registers, automatic tellers and office equipment. Supporting services include installation, moving, equipment service and repairs.
Our company of almost 30 full-time employees is made up of a direct sales force - servicing over 1,000 client accounts within the National Capital Region - technicians, administrative staff and four directors. Our people have created a positive and flexible corporate culture with the goal of growth and prosperity for all stakeholders.

Community Outreach
From the beginning Alain Fredete and Jocelyne Tessier-Fredette have reached beyond the boardroom into their community, a practice continued by son Etienne. The family supports local non-profit organizations, the arts, amateur athletics and community events.
